has a writing onto a wall of water work.... see alternative to fog screen :)
making whatever word you type into the computer visible by a "water-curtain". You can type in the text via the web
but its a projection screen none the less

So, how is the look at processing going? It is a very interesting approach for your proejct and would integrate well with flash.
